Description
2009 Glastron DS205 Deck Boat w/ 5.0 Mercruiser TKS and EZ Ldr Trailer
This is a great boat as you will read below. We acquired this boat at the end of 2013 with the intention of upgrading from my 17’ Nitro Bass boat so that all the family could enjoy. At the time the boat had 69 hours on it. What a buy! Since then we have put 33 hours on it enjoying it with the family. Why are we selling? In July of 2015, the daughter and two Grand children moved to Ohio. CRUSHING…as you might imagine. The decision now is that the boat is too big for just the wife and I. The pictures included are intended to depict how we have used the boat….and of course depict the sheer joy we got from it.
The Boat has been maintained since purchase by the folks down at Jacksonville Marine at the Doctors Inlet Bridge. You are more than welcome to discuss its condition and care with them. Below you will find a list of the items we have done since acquiring the boat.
Now on to the details of the boat.
Twenty feet of useful and versatile boating fun. The DS 205 has what it takes for cruising, tubing or skiing. It also has all the right features for fishing - including front and rear casting platforms, aerated livewell and fishing seat. You'll appreciate all the walkaround space and open layout, a perfect combination for working fish. All of it is standard equipment on the DS 205.
The Glastron DS 205 has a great riding hull and has room for the whole family - and then some. It comes with everything needed for cruising and entertaining: a removable Table, a dockside entry gate, fore and aft swimming platforms, plus large amounts of storage. There's even a AM/FM/CD stereo with w/2 speaker covers & MP3 adaptor. It can do everything from pulling skis, boards and your favorite water toys to a leisurely cruise up the river. The DS 205 is a feature-rich sterndrive deckboat at just the right price.
This 2009 Glastron DS 205 is priced with relatively new MinnKota 80# Co-Pilot remote troll motor, Quick Release platform, 2nd built in battery charger, remote plug and marine deep cycle batteries. Also includes Garmin GPSMAP 400/500. Only 101.8 hours on the boat! Runs like a charm.
